The business is headed by Stephen Mitchell MLIA (dip) FPC. Stephen was born in Leeds and educated at Leeds Grammar School. He began his business career in the Surgical/Medical industry where he held various management roles over a 25 year period, both in the UK and Europe.

Stephen entered the Financial Services industry in 1997 and accepted an invitation to become an Associate Partner of the St James Place Partnership in January 2002. As well as consultant surgeons and doctors, he has built up a portfolio to include medium-sized businesses and private individuals.

Stephen played football, rugby and cricket in his younger days and also tennis at Wimbledon! He now contents himself with watching football and refereeing. He is married to Diane and has three children.
